Order processing

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotions.

 

Shipping methods & delivery times

- Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days within the UK.

- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days (where available).

- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (customs may delay delivery).

 

Shipping costs

- Calculated at checkout based on carrier, weight, destination, and chosen service.

- Free shipping on orders over £60 (if applicable).

 

Tracking

- A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may change.

 

Customs, duties & taxes

- International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes levied by the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

 

Address issues & lost/damaged packages

- Please provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

- If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@abatumm.com within 7–14 days of expected delivery and we will assist in filing claims with the carrier.

 

Restricted items

- Certain items (e.g., alcohol, regulated botanicals) may not ship to all locations. We will notify you if your order contains items that cannot be shipped to your address.
