Overview
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review the terms below and contact hello@abatumm.com for assistance.
Eligibility
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Opened/used products: returns accepted only if defective, damaged during shipping, or different from the listing. For hygiene and safety reasons, some products (e.g., applicators, single-use items) are non-returnable—see product pages for details.
- Herbal consumables: unopened and sealed only.
How to return
1. Contact hello@abatumm.com within 14 days with order number, reason, and photos if item is damaged or defective.
2. We will provide return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship returns within 7 days of authorization using a trackable service.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you and process refunds to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
- A restocking fee may apply for certain returns (if applicable, specify).
Exchanges & replacements
- Exchanges for size or variant are processed as returns + new order or as replacements if available. Contact us for assistance.
Non-returnable items
- Final sale: clearance, personalized items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable.
Damaged or incorrect items
- Report within 14 days with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund.
