HOW TO USE
To get the most benefit from your blend, ensure not to boil but rather steep for at least seven minutes in boiling water.
This tea can be taken up to three times daily; six days on and one day off for a period of four weeks.
Best combined with SANKOFA ROOTS to boost iron absorption and nutritional benefits using one tea spoon each. Bringing your roots to the boil first before adding your additional blend after the fire has been removed and steeping for 7-10 minutes.
