This earthy-smooth blend of roots, which include burdock and sarsaparilla, has been crafted to support gentle daily detox, healthy digestion, and skin vitality.
Traditionally used to encourage liver function and soothe the gut, it finishes with a soft, velvety mouthfeel from marshmallow root.
PLEASE NOTE: This tea blend is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant; lactating or under 12 years of age.
DO NOT consume if you are on any blood-thinning medication or within two weeks before or after surgery.
If you are on medication, please consult your doctor beforehand.
Consume the full contents of the blend within one year of opening.

HOW TO USE
This blend can be prepared as a hot or cold infusion.
A cold infusion can be used especially to maximise the benefits of the marshmallow root, which soothes and helps restore the digestive tract.
SANKOFA ROOTS form the base for the other teas in the range to boost iron and nutrient intake.
We recommend using one teaspoon per cup with an additional teaspoon of your chosen secondary blend.
To get the most benefits from your blend, ensure to bring the roots to a boil first before removing the tea from the fire and adding the teaspoon from your additional blend.
Can be taken up to three times daily; six days on and one day off for a period of four weeks.
