This herbal infusion combines both elderberries and elderflowers for an effective seasonal cleanse, and with the addition of cat’s claw, wormwood, and walnut hull, it is meant to aid in a gentle but bitter detox to encourage the fortification of your natural defences and keep you feeling resilient.

This tea blend is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant; lactating or under 12 years of age.
DO NOT consume if you are on any blood-thinning medication or within two weeks before or after surgery.

HOW TO USE
To get the most benefit from your blend, ensure not to boil but rather steep for at least seven minutes in boiling water.
This tea can be taken up to three times daily; six days on and one day off for a period of four weeks.
Best combined with SANKOFA ROOTS to boost iron absorption and nutritional benefits using one tea spoon each. Bring your roots to the boil first before adding your additional blend after the fire has been removed and steeping for 7-10 minutes.
